Financování výuky žáků-cizinců na veřejných základních školách v Kraji Vysočina
Vítková, Veronika
This thesis addresses the issue referring to financing of foreign pupils' education (or pupils with different mother tongue) in public primary schools in Vysočina region. I focused mainly on education policy of the Czech Republic in relation to foreigners, foreign pupils' education's legal regulation, and the EU's involvement in education policy with a focus on primary education and funding opportunities for teaching. Through the questionnaire I examined the possible obstacles which the primary schools meet with, in order to propose measures for improvement. Although there is a constant addressing the importance of foreigners' education, the financial aspect of this teaching is often unheeded. The contribution of this thesis is the opportunity to inform about the lack of solutions to the problem and introduce effective measures that are applicable to other regions in the Czech Republic as well.
